2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.535 of 2023 instituted under Sections 363 & 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner had taken away the minor daughter of the informant enticing her to some undisclosed place for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner and the victim are major and due to love affair, the marriage has been solemnized between them. Learned counsel also submits that the compromise has already been taken place between the parties.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur / Concerned Trial Court in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.535 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) ashishkr/- U T
