That this PIL is filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding upon the respondents to remove the encroachment made by respondent no. 6, 7 & 8 over the Public Road situates at Kishun Nagar, Ward No. 2, Nagar Panchayat Kanti, District Muzaffarpur."

2. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, he is directed to file a representation before the Circle Officer, Kanti, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 4). Upon such representation being made, respondent No. 4 shall take all necessary steps to initiate encroachment proceedings against all concerned stakeholders and shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all stakeholders, within a period of four months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.

3. In case encroachment proceedings have already been initiated, respondent No. 4 shall take all necessary steps to conclude the said proceedings expeditiously and pass a final order in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
