Mr. Sri Rajendra Nath Jha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sikandra P.S.Case No. 146 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 380/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that there was some land dispute with Mankeshwar Mahto, cousin of the informant, and it is suspected that on account of that his mother was killed in the night by the accused persons.

Submission is that Mankeshwar Mahto, main accused, with whom there was land dispute with the informant, has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide Cr. Misc No. 47892 of 2016 as well as other accused persons have also been granted regular bail vide Cr. Misc No. 31010 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 39204 of 2016 and there is no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45232 of 2018(2) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 eye witness to the occurrence as alleged by the informant and he too was not there.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Sikandra Saw @ Siko Saw is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-2, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 146 of 2015.
