The petitioner has been in custody since 11.05.2018 in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 502/13 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an allegation against the petitioner and the same has been occasioned on account of certain internal family dispute and only to wreck vengeance against the petitioner, he has been named in the First Information Report. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail on false and frivolous allegations.

No.44181 of 2018 (2) dt.02-08-2018 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya), in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 502/13.
