2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 03.04.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 8353 of 2024.

3. Trial Court report reveals that the case is running for prosecution evidence and out of ten witnesses, six witnesses (four private witnesses & two government witnesses) have already been examined and four witnesses are yet to be examined, for which, non-bailable warrant and summons have been issued.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as
