The petitioner seeks bail in Bheja P.S. Case No. 33/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 448, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that no specific overt act has been alleged against petitioner. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was one of the member of unlawful assembly. The specific allegation of assault is against Ramnarayan Mukhiya, Bhola and Amar.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2018. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 33/2018.
