The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No.64 of 2018 registered for the offence under sections 302, 341, 448, 323, 325, 504 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, under section 27 of the Arms Act and under sections 10, 13, 16, 18 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act. 3.

As per the F.I.R. the police got information that Naxalites have attacked on the house of one Manoj Singh. On such information, the police reached at the place of occurrence and saw the dead body of said Manoj Singh. The spy and the local people disclosed the name of some persons who arrived with firearm and fired upon said Manoj Singh, who died on the spot.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2022.

The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. He is accused in four more similar and serious criminal cases. 6.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that he is accused in four more similar and serious cases, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
