2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 190 of 2023 registered for the offence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3249 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/3 punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 302, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, two persons have been killed by the accused persons. The involvement of the petitioner is mentioned in the F.I.R.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that this is a case of double murder, this application is dismissed.

6. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial. Re.: Cr. Misc. No. 83441 of 2023

7. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

8. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 190 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 302, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

9. The petitioners are ladies and they have been made accused in the present case of murder of two persons. There is general and omnibus allegation levelled against them.

10. Considering the fact that the petitioners are ladies and they are in jail since 17.07.2023, this application is allowed.

11. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria/ concerned Court in connection with Bhargama P.S.
