2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur PS Case No. 82 of 2019 dated 16.05.2019, instituted under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code to which later on Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. Mr. Randhir Kumar No. 1, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested and the application has become infructuous and accordingly, prayer was made to withdraw the same.

4. Ms. Madhuri Lata, learned Additional Public

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78436 of 2019(4) dt.28-08-2020 2/2 Prosecutor (APP) for the State is present.

5. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
