2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and subsequently, Section 103(1) of B.N.S. was added.

3. It is alleged that these petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted Subh Narayan Singh (father of informant). Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted father of informant by means of hammer on his head, whereas petitioner no. 2 & 3 have pelted stones & bricks on father of informant, on

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute between the parties, petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is allegation that petitioner no. 2 & 3 pelted stones and bricks, but there is no corresponding injuries on the deceased.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner no. 1 is one of the assailant of the deceased and has got four criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 1 (Ram Singhasan Singh) is rejected.

7. So far as prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 2 & 3 are concerned, they are ladies and claim clean antecedent, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioner nos. 2 & 3, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section
