Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed a representation before the respondent no.5, but till date no order has been passed. 3.

Accordingly, in view of reliefs sought by the petitioners, petitioners are directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.5 along with a copy of this order and other

Patna High Court CWJC No.18420 of 2023(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 documents in support of their claim within a period of two weeks and after hearing the parties or their counsels, the respondent no.5 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioners by way of a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks' of receiving of such representation.

It is made clear that the respondent no.5 shall be held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
