A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners bringing on record the injury report. The petitioners are in custody since 23.09.2019 in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with the present case and the injuries purported to have been found to be lacerated wounds and there is no final report regarding any

It is further submitted that the other antecedents which have been stated in paragraph - 3 relates to the dispute between the petitioner and the informant. Save and except, as stated at paragraph -3, there is no other criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019, subject to the following conditions : -
1. One of the bailors will be his own blood relative, preferably, father, mother, son, brother, sister and/or his wife.
2. The petitioners shall not indulge themselves in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial.
3. The petitioners shall remain physically present in court on each and every date during trial and in the event of their failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned court concerned.
4. The petitioners shall co-operate with the investigation, if not already concluded, and make themselves available as and when so required and in case of failure, the
