2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 530/2024, registered for the offence under Sections 61 (2), 109 of B.N.S. & 27 Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that when the informant was standing on her roof at that time the petitioner along with others arrived there one Anjani Singh was having a pistol, he fired at husband of the informant and fled away. The husband of the informant fell down. Considering his condition he was referred to P.M.C.H.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the reason of the occurrence is old land dispute. From the perusal of the FIR itself, it is clear the main thrust of allegation is against one Anjani Singh. There is no allegation openly overt act against the petitioner. Petitioner is having one criminal antecedent and he is on bail in that case.
5. In contra, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioner.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 530/2024, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
