JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 In view of the stand taken in paragraph-6 of the showcause the instant application stands disposed of. Paragraph 6 of the show-cause is quoted below for ready reference:- " That in pursuance of filing of representation by the petitioners the claim of the petitioners was examined and a reasoned & speaking order has been passed while extending the benefits of senior scale to the petitioners vide office order contained in memo No. 2703 dated 31.10.2018." In the event any grievance of the petitioners remain unredressed the remedy shall be available to the petitioners to approach the appropriate Forum or Court for redressal of their grievance.
