2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 118 ( 2 ), 109 (1) , 352 and 351 ( 2 ) of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Dharmendra Sahni alleged that on 12.04.2025 alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner armed with lathi, danda assaulted father of informant and others. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted father of informant on his head by means of spade and during the course of treatment, father of informant died.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. However,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78468 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 since petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2025 ,the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, within the period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
