Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No.271 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 353, 379, 427, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the FIR and there is allegation against nine accused persons including the petitioner that they entered inside the power house and damaged the public property.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No.271 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
