2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 434 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted Rs. 94,350/- from the collection agent of L & T Finance.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2025. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during the investigation.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that petitioner's

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78895 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 face has been captured in the CCTV footage and charge sheet has also been submitted in the case. The petitioner is accused in 12 more similar and serious cases.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
