JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2020 Heard Mr. Ranjan Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Roy No.1 (SC 13) for the State and Mrs. Nutan Sahay, learned counsel for the Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara through Video Conferencing. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for grant of retiral dues and difference of salary of the husband of the petitioner, who was a Lab in-charge (Botany) in S.B. College, Ara.

The Veer Kunwar Singh University and the State have filed counter affidavits. The State has already stated in para 12 of the supplementary counter affidavit that Pay Verification

Patna High Court CWJC No.22525 of 2019(5) dt.27-08-2020 2/2 Certificate was issued to the Veer Kunwar Singh University (Annexure B) and it is now the Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara which has to pay the admitted dues to the petitioner after death of her husband. On such, Mrs. Nutan Sahay, learned counsel for the Veer Kunwar Singh University submits that all remaining admissible dues of the husband of the petitioner shall be paid to the petitioner within three months. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on such undertaking given by learned counsel for the Veer Kunwar Singh University, the writ petition may be disposed of.

Having considered the facts and the submissions made by the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Vice-Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara and the Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara (respondent nos.2 and 3) to make payment of all remaining admissible dues to the petitioner after death of her husband within three months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
