JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64553 of 2019 by which the anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner on submission that the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in the FIR, as such in order the same has wrongly been mentioned whereas father's name of the petitioner is "Late Dipnath Singh", which will appear from Annexure-1, which is AADHAR , as such he has prayed for modification in the title portion of order dated 15.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64553 of 2019 .

In view of the submissions as made above, and as it has been stated on oath, order dated 15.10.2019 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79377 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Misc. No.64553 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the father's name of the petitioner be read as "Late Dipnath Singh".

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to produce a certificate issued by the Circle Officer to that respect at the time of surrender.

With the above modification, this modification application is allowed.
