JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 12.5.2018 seeks bail in Rosera PS Case No. 128 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that some unknown miscreants came on a vehicle and looted Rs. 21,400/- cash from the petrol pump.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and only on the basis of disclosure of name of the petitioner by co-accused Rahul Kumar he has been made accused in this case, however neither there is any recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP during investigation and besides this he has also no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vikky Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera PS Case No. 128 of 2017, S.T. No. 665 of 2017.
