2. The present writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to investigate Saran SC/ST P.S.Case No. 02 of 2019 properly and submit charge sheet against the accused persons.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are lapses in investigation being conducted by the police which is required to be done in a fair and impartial manner. It is

WJC No.1551 of 2019 dt.14-11-2019 2/2 submitted that the Investigating Officer did not visit the place of occurrence nor recorded the statement of any victim nor even collected the injury reports of the victims, who had sustained injuries. In that regard a representation dated 07.03.2019 has been filed before the D.G.P., Bihar, Patna.

4. Learned counsel for the State appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the nature of grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra (respondent no.4) with a fresh representation for redressal, if he is of the view that the investigation of the case is not being conducted in a fair and proper manner by the Investigating Officer. If any such representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law.
