Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Laukahi P.S.Cas No.100 of 2019G.R.No.822 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 380, 448, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners and all the other accused persons is of assault to the informant and others and there is specific allegation against the petitioner of assault. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature. Moreover, there are injuries

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jhanjharpur District Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S.case No.100 of 2019 (G.R.No.822 of 2019), subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
