04-12-2019 The modification petition has been filed by the petitioner, whereby, a prayer has been made to modify the order dated 18-09-2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 30245 of 2019 to the extent of concluding the trial in the aforesaid case within a period of three months, in place of nine months, as observed by this Court, while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Having heard the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the fact that the aforesaid order was passed in the month of September, 2019 and since then, about three months time has already been elapsed, I do not find any ground to review/recall my earlier order. Accordingly, the modification petition is, hereby, rejected.
