2. This is the third attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected twice vide order dated 09.02.2023 and 29.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31072 of 2022 and Cr. Misc No.61042 of 2023 respectively.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34, 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of firing at the deceased, who sustained gun shot injury and in the course of treatment he died.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent. The petitioner is in custody since

6. In these circumstances, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

7. The court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

8. The Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Arrah will ensure the appearance of the witnesses in the trial.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Arrah, through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
