The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the brother-in-law of the informant having been murdered and upon seeing the C.C.T.V. footage, it transpired that the accused persons including the petitioner might have committed the murder.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of mere suspicion and, in fact, similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80097 of 2019(3) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13727 of 2019, after the case diary was called for and the same was examined by the Court. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 01.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Sahkund (Sajour) P.S.
