2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 30.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56508 of 2023.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 30.08.2023 and the petitioner was directed to be released after framing of charge but there being a number of accused persons the Court below is finding it difficult to proceed towards trial.

4. In that view of the matter, this application is allowed and the order dated 30.08.2023 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is directed to be released forthwith on bail on
