2. The present application has been preferred: for modification of the order dated 27.08.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc.
No. 57037 of 2025.
3. On 27.08.2025, relief was granted to the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 57037 of 2025.
4. Now, the modification petition has been filed for extension of time on the ground that due to medical issue, the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83231 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 bail bond could not be executed and as such, prayer is that the same be extended for further four weeks.
5. The State has no objection.
6. Considering the aforesaid fact, the period of surrender is further extended by four weeks subject to payment of Rs. 500/- each by the petitioners which will go to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee which in turn will go to Supreme Court Vidhik Anuvaad Software (SUVAS) Cell.
