2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, co-accused Purushotam Kumar is said to have been abducted the minor daughter of the informant. When the informant reached at his house, the petitioner along with others started abusing and assaulting him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is aunt of the main co-accused Purushotam Kumar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82442 of 2023(2) dt.20-12-2023 2/2 due to which she has falsely been implicated in this case. No specific overt-act of abduction against this petitioner rather the same is attributed to co-accused Purushotam Kumar. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. She is a lady and is languishing in judicial custody since 19.6.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the petitioner is a lady and his custody period, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 51 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
