1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Katihar vide order dated 06.08.2024 passed in connection with S.T. No.322 of 2024 (G.R. No.6548 of 2023) arising out of Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No.837 of 2023.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85711 of 2024(3) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No.837 of 2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No.837 of 2023.
