The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 21.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48450 of 2024, to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Jhandapur P.S. Case No.122 of 2024, pending in the court of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Naugachia, Bhagalpur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar. 4.

The order dated 21.09.2024 is modified to the extent as
