2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case, registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per FIR, this petitioner along with other accused persons surrounded the son of the petitioner, and in the meantime, this petitioner pushed informant's son on the earth and thereafter twisted his neck. Thereafter, all the accused persons assaulted the informant's son on his chest and belly and killed him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. It is he, who twisted the neck of the deceased. Hence, he does not deserve bail.
