JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-07-2018 While allowing the CWJC No.9727 of 2018 on 16.5.2018, the police case number has been indicated as 'Madhwapur P.S. Case No.11/18'. This is an error. The correct case number is 'Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 114/17'. That apart, the description of the motorcycle have been shown as "(Motorcycle) bearing No. J4P 7929, Chassis No. MBLHAIOEWE 502349". This is an error. The correct description of the vehicle is "Registration No. 32C 9307, Chassis No. MD 625BF6281019712, Engine No. OF 6D 81020755".

The said corrections be read into the order dated 16.05.2018 passed in CWJC No.9727 of 2018.

The consequential corrections be also made in the writ

Patna High Court MJC No.2552 of 2018(2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 petition during the course of the day.
