2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 292, 223 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 25(9) of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on the occasion of Grih Pravesh ceremony of co-accused Ram Pravesh Yadav, this petitioner, along with other accused persons, is alleged to have caused indiscriminate firing.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Though there is allegation of firing but no one has sustained any injuries.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83365 of 2024(3) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific accusation of causing indiscriminate firing against him. It is further submitted that petitioner is also accused in seven other cases.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
