In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order containing memo no.1158 dated 11.07.2018, by which the petitioner has again been sent back to the original place of posting i.e. Primary Health Centre, Chand.

The petitioner was posted at Primary Health Centre, Chand, as A.N.M. The Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Kaimur at Bhabhua, vide order dated 21.06.2018 transferred the petitioner individually to the Primary Health Centre, Mohania and subsequently the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief

Patna High Court CWJC No.14755 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 Medical Officer, Kaimur at Bhabua vide order dated 23.06.2018 has transferred large number of persons, which was seriously objected by the District Magistrate, in such circumstance, all the transfers that was made by the Civil Surgeon-cum- Chief Medical Officer, has been withdrawn by the impugned order and all the persons have been sent back to the original place of posting.

Grievance has been made by the petitioner that she has a handicapped child as well as she has to serve her old father-in-law and mother-in-law.

Let the petitioner file a representation before the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, for redressal of her grievance. If such a representation is filed, the District Magistrate, shall examine the same and take decision in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
