The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with P.R. No. 179/19, Spl. Case No. 8871/19 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/ of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 350 liters of illicit wine from the tempo of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent and are languishing in custody since 06.10.2019.

No.74864 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with P.R. No. 179/19, Spl. Case No. 8871/19.
