The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Session's Trial No. 22 of 2018 arising out of Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No. 482 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the deceased and causing injury, due to which he succumb to the injuries. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nobody is eye witness of the occurrence and there was enmity between the parties and in that background of the fact, he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant who vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner as such prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. Trial is expedited.
