The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Athamalgola P.S. Case No. 273 of 2015 (G.R. No. 2267 of 2015), registered for offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the matter has been compromised between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail

No.72797 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Athamalgola P.S.
