2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 114 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 120(b), 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner have murdered the husband of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and other co-accused namely Abhishek Singh @ Abhishek Kumar has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14194 of 2023.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 26.08.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and also for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 20.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14194 of 2023, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 114 of 2022.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
