The petitioners are accused in connection with Dehri Dalmiyanagar P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the First Information Report that on the basis of Fradbeyan of Kamlanant Tiwary, Dehri (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019 was instituted on 21.01.2019 against two unknown, rider of the motorcycle, but in course of investigation, petitioners were apprehended in Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 and thereafter, police recorded the confessional statement
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74809 of 2019(3) dt.19-03-2020 2/2 of petitioners showing their involvement in the present case and thereafter remanded in the present case on 31.07.2019. Further submission is that on investigation, charge sheet has already been submitted by the police against the petitioners. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Rohtas, in connection with Dehri Dalmiyanagar P.S.
