The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 233 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 274, 275, 276, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27(C) , 28/26 (A), 27(b)(ii), 27(d) Drugs Cosmetic Act. Huge quantity of spurious medicines are said to have been recovered from three firms. The petitioner is said to have purchased the aforesaid medicine from one Vikash Kumar. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is student of B.A. part II and he works in Ray Medical Hall on part time basis. It has been further submitted that petitioner had no

Similarly placed co-accused persons, namely, Sameer Sharma and Vikash Kumar have already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.08.2018 and 28.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46633 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 52428 of 2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.04.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 233 of 2018.
