ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2019 in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.17 of 2016 registered for the offence Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the altercation had taken place in view of the fact that there is dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that except the family members, there is no independent eye-witness to the occurrence and the injury as attributed to the petitioner is on the pinna of the ear. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.75371 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in connection with Hilsa P.S.
