2. As per submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the name of the petitioner was published in the draft voters' list but the name of her husband was mis-spelt as Ravish Kumar Singh whereas the name of her husband is Rabiyansh Kumar Singh. The petitioner filed her objection on 22.10.2024. Not only her grievance was kept aside but also the name of her husband miscorrected as Akhilesh Kumar Singh in place of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17741 of 2024(2) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 Rabiyansh Kumar Singh. The petitioner has already filed representation before the Chief Election Officer, which is still pending.

3. The Chief Election Officer is directed to dispose of the objection of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably, before the PACS election after hearing the parties.

4. With the aforesaid directions/observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
