Petitioner are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S.Case No.83 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present case vide Annexure-2 final form has been submitted in which the petitioners have not been sent up for trial. It is further

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S.Case No.83 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
