1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to GA-8 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Municipal Corporation, Chapra Shri Indu Bhushan.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Municipal Corporation, Chapra submits that Municipal Corporation has not been impleaded as respondent in the instant case rather instead of impleading Municipal Corporation, Chapra, the petitioner has impleaded Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Saran at Chapra as respondent no.6 when Nagar Parishad does not exist in the district of Saran, on which, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner thus seeks
Patna High Court CWJC No.18814 of 2024(2) dt.27-03-2025 2/3 permission to delete respondent no.6 from the array of respondent so that Municipal Corporation, Saran at Chapra is impleaded as respondent no.6.
3. Permission is accorded.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by an order dated 18.03.2025 in CWJC No.4276/2025 (Rakesh Ranjan Vs. the State of Bihar & Ors). The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in the event if the writ application is disposed of in terms of order dated 18.03.2025 in CWJC No.4276/2025.
5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and the Corporation does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will file a detailed representation before the D.E.O., Saran at Chapra seeking the relief as claimed in the writ application based on the order dated 18.03.2025 in CWJC No.4276/2025 on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the case of the petitioner is covered by the order dated 18.03.2025 in CWJC No.4276/2025, in that event, the petitioner would be entitled to same relief but then he is not aware that

After hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Education Officer, Saran at Chapra in terms of order dated 18.03.2025 in CWJC No.4276/2025 (Rakesh Ranjan Vs. The State of Bihar & Others) on or before 09.04.2025, in the event, if any representation is filed by the petitioner before the District Education Officer, Saran at Chapra on or before 09.04.2025, the District Education Officer shall consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of one month thereafter in accordance with law.
