The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed representation before the competent authority to consider his case of transfer in terms of Rule 10 of the Bihar Zila Parishad Madhyamik Evam Ucchatar Madhyamik Sikshak (Niyojan Evam Seva Shartein) Rule, 2006 but the same is still pending.
