This is an application for regular bail in connection with Sonepur Rail P.S. Case No.64 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 17.06.2018 he was returning from Barauni-Lucknow Express and kept his bag on the upper berth. After sometime the bag was found missing from there and with the help of local railway constables he found that bag was lying with the petitioners at the gate of general bogie and, thereafter, he instituted this case when

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45816 of 2018(2) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 the train stopped at Sonepur Railway Station. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from their possession and they have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 17.06.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway), Sonepur at Saran in connection with Sonepur Rail P.S.
