JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jai Nagar P. S. Case No. 99 of 2014 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 448, 427, 302 of IPC. As per prosecution case while the informant was renovating his house, the petitioners and other accused persons raised objection and specific allegation is against one Md. Najam and one other that they assaulted by fist and slaps, to the mother of the informant due to that she died. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against these petitioners. Moreover, after investigation, final form has been submitted against the petitioners and other accused persons, not

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Madhubani, in connection with Jai Nagar P. S. Case No. 99 of 2014 with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
