2. The petitioner has approached this court for

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2053 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 direction upon the respondent concerned to apprehend the respondents 2nd party named accused in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.210 of 2023, registered under Sections 363, 365, 34, 504 of the IPC and further direct the Investigating Officer of this case to proceed with fair investigation for the interest of justice.

3. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the S.H.O. of Banmankhi Police Station, Purnea to conclude the investigation of the Banmankhi P.S. Case No.210 of 2023 within six months.

4. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Purnea forthwith through FAX for its compliance

5. It is made clear that the Court has not applied its mind to the facts of the case.
