Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his wife is suffering from serious disease of cancer and he has been transferred from Naubatpur, Patna to Khagaria and submits that the petitioner wants to stay around Patna so that his wife, who is suffering from cancer, can be treated properly as there is no institute or doctor available at Khagaria for treatment of cancer. Let the petitioner should first join at the new place of posting and, at the same time, will also file a representation before the competent authority attaching all the records showing illness of
