The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 316 of 2018, registered under Sections 380, 457 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the first information report that on the basis of the written report of informant, Om Prakash Singh, Sahpur P.S. Case No. 316 of 2018 was instituted against unknown. In course of investigation, one Vikas Kumar was apprehended, who confessed his guilt about committing theft of 20 mobiles from the shop of the informant, with further submission that out of 20 mobiles stolen, he has sold 10 mobiles to the petitioner. Submission is that petitioner is a student and has purchased the mobiles from co-accused as a bonafide purchaser.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 316 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Bhojpur at Ara. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shamshad/- U T
